Ontario Accelerating the Redevelopment of Long Term Care Facilities with New & Increased Funding Initiatives
On July 16th 2020, the Government of Ontario announced a redesigned funding model that is expected to lead to the building of additional, modern long-term care homes as well as the much needed redevelopment of Class C beds. The intention of this new funding is to accelerate the construction of urgently needed long-term care projects including the redevelopment of old outdated homes.
